Dropped my Lotus caravan in for a service on suspension, brakes and bearings as well as a couple of small repairs. Communication and customer service was excellent as was the work done. Spoke to another long term customer while there and they gave the business and the new young owners a great rap!

After about 4 phone calls someone finally answered,fella said he’ll get a quote to me, doesn’t keep his word, no quote. Sent 2 emails through, no reply. Haven’t even got the decency to answer, if that’s how they are wouldn’t want to deal with them.
