At The Coffee Training Co. we understand coffee and equally we understand training. Our coffee training programs have been designed to accommodate those who are just starting out and have a love for excellent coffee to those who have mastered the basics and are looking for a formal qualification. Currently we provide coffee training on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Course include; Barista Basics - This is a 3hr power class for coffee lovers who want to start out Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee: This is a 8hr nationally recognised course for the barista with a small amount of experience who would like a formal qualification Basic Latte Art - Master 3 popular patterns on you coffee in this 2hr master class.

Barista Basics - This training package has been designed as a taste test for the coffee lover, giving them an insight into the craft and skill required to be a barista. All training is conducted in a purpose built training room with 2 x 2 group commercial espresso machines with grinders to match.
Barista Basics also makes a great team building session for corporate groups.
Basic Latte Art - This 2hr power class is perfect for the beginner barista who is comfortable on the espresso machine and wants to start to learn the tips and tricks of making every coffee look amazing. The Basic Latte Art course focuses on �free pouring� 3 select patterns that every barista needs to learn. Once these are mastered you will be able to experiment and take your latte art as far as your imagination will let you.

How to achieve milk perfect for latte art
Free pouring techniques
3 basic patterns for you to practice
Prepare & Serve Espresso Coffee, Use Hygiene Practices (Both formal qualifications) - These courses, therefore are robust in nature and is designed for the serious barista who is looking for a formal qualification. The delivery like all The Coffee Training Co. packages are delivered face to face by a Certificate IV qualified trainer and assessor who use a number of different training techniques to cater for all learning styles. Each trainee will have access to their own group handle and grinder with more than adequate one on one time with the trainer. The content covered includes;
