This gym has the best instructors. There professional but fun and energetic and very helpful whether it be about exercise or what healthy foods to eat and provide supplements. Everyone should come and have a look and support this amazing local gym.

I love The Factory Gym, not only do I train here but I work here so I spend a large chunk of my day in the best gym in town. The gym has a large range of classes, friendly happy members, and a great view! And to top all this off it's about to go 24/7 so why not get the family to wake up every morning to train with beautiful river views and great company because I couldn't think of anywhere I would rather be !

Love this place, Feel very comfortable going to this gym. Which always makes it much easier to get up in the morning. The staff are a great help! The trainers push you to where you want to go.
