Very disappointed. I ordered an arrangement of beautiful pink carnations, gerberas and roses from Direct2Florist. I paid the extra for a larger box. The fine print did state that the flowers pictured may not be available from the florist at the time but guaranteed it would be just a beautiful. The Flower Palace was the florist to make this arrangement and send it to my mum for Mothers day. What she received was a bunch (not an arrangement) of oriental lilly's and some greenery. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Not even 1 similar flower. Surely they had more then Lilly's in their florist? They had my contact details they should have called to advise me given it was NOTHING like what I paid for. I could have gone and bought 2 bunches from Woolworth's and still saved money. I did call the florist and was told about the fine print which I acknowledged. They brushed it off as not their responsibility. Wrong... you were the ones supplying the so call arrangement. Disgusted!

Phil and the rest of the team always go above and beyond my expectations. I used them to deliver flowers to a friend and they were delivered perfectly on time and the arrangement was so beautiful, she said it made her cry. Thank you so much!!
