The Good Guys Tuggerah

i went to Tuggerah good guys just to compare prices for a new tv A young man named Jacob was so helpful that i ended up buying a tv. You could tell he really enjoyed his job and people a very pleasant change

Once again walked out of Good Guys Tuggerah without being served. Even after asking the cashier could we get someone to serve us, nothing happened. The staff appear to love talking to each other, but serving a customer is another story. We will never set foot inside this store again!

We would like to thank Ashley from Tuggerah Good Guys store, for her professionalism, patience, understanding & cooperation & efficiency, which is very hard to come by nowadays. She was very sweet & gentle, & no effort was too much for her. We will definitely be looking for Ashley next time we’re shopping at Good Guys Tuggerah. Well done Ashley. I ordered my dishwasher 6 weeks ago. I called yesterday to get an update on delivery eta to be told it had been there for two weeks and I was never contacted. Does anyone check invoices to delivery dockets to see who's waiting for orders. Very poor service.
