Danielle was a very professional in helping Us to look for the better deals and places. She went above expectations when, due to personal issues, we couldn't make the trip. The hotel didn't give refunds, but, I do not how, she convince the resort to give Us a refund less a small fee. Was completely un-expected. Great job from Danielle.

Danielle from the Grand Traveller, has booked my trip from my home in Sydney, to Darlington, in the UK. I have a ticket to see Justin Hayward's concert in Darlington and was very nervous, in case something went wrong. I didn't have to worry; Danielle has done everything for me; printed out my concert ticket, booked my return flights and airport transfers. She did the same for me, when I visited my family in England just recently. I can definitely recommend The Grand Traveller to take care of all your travelling arrangements.

Danielle of the Grand Traveller could not have been more thorough, careful and professional.She listened to out requests, and found us suitable accommodation and tours in various parts of Europe over our 6 weeks holiday. Nothing was left to chance. Based on her experience, she gave us good advice about timing when catching planes and trains. Finally, she produced a folder which gave us day to day directions, and had all our vouchers, tickets and maps in one place.Brilliant!

Great hotel stayed right on the waterfront, short walk to the city. The sunset cruise and dinner is a must. You must do an ATT Kings tour from Darwin to Uluru. Great people, food and well organised.

I was lucky enough to have Danielle organise my cruise for March for us and a large group of friends. I have been on many cruises, and can I say Danielle is by far the best agent I have used.
