Lyle called be back very promptly and although he was unable to attend my house to fix my non- cooling fridge, he talked me through a simple solution which fixed the fridge. Excellent service !!

Lyle was extremely helpful and responded to my query promptly. He even looked at his spare parts to try save me from having to buy a whole new fridge handle but didn't have what I needed. He then gave me the number for spare parts locally and told me what I needed to order. Great customer service. His number is in my phone for future needs.
