Would never deal with this catering company again. Our food brief was not met so guests were given gluten when they were gluten intolerant, plus sulphur laden dried fruit when we had negotiated and paid for organic produce. Our quiche was just a soggy pile of tasteless vegetables with no eggs in sight so everyone went to bed hungry with very little protein. Overall it was a very poor meal and experience. We tried communicating with the Larder after the event but got not reply to texts or emails so sadly this is the first negative review I've ever had to give anyone.

Think carefully about booking The Larder. Once you pay all your money, you won't see it again whether they deliver or not. We had to postpone our son's wedding due to covid and then the devastating floods in northern NSW... beyond anyone's control. We finally got a date at the end of this year. Sadly, the couple broke up due to personal issues so we gave them plenty of notice to cancel, seven months. We tried contacting them several times via email and phone. Owner wasn't interested, showed no compassion, ignored all correspondence after accusing us of cancelling in early March after a 'one in a thousand year' flooding event occurred! Let's be clear, we rescheduled the wedding to late November. Other vendors were completely understanding and refunded our money, except for non-refundable deposits. We got lovely emails, wishing us all the best. Not The Larder, they happily took $2447.00 and we've not seen one cent. Don't enter into any contract with them. No service and no product.

Charles and the team at the Larder are the highlight of our week here at Quadracon Building. We all look forward to Friday Lunch @ the Larder with the myriad of choices each week at such an brilliant price. And if we are stuck in the office they will deliver. A brilliant service from a fantastic team.
