The Mac Doctors was established in January 2005 to meet the service needs of the growing Apple user community in Townsville. With a staff passionate about technology, we incorporated Window PCs in 2011 due to overwhelming demand from our customers. The Mac Doctors service a wide variety of customers from home users, pensioners, students and teachers, small to medium businesses and education institutions. Our focus is always to find the best solution for you with fast, friendly and professional service. All of our technicians are fully Apple Certified and provide a high level of expertise. All technicians are fully trained and Apple Certified under the Apple Authorisation for service providers. The Mac Doctors have strong community ties through servicing places such as James Cook University, Townsville Grammar School, Heatly Secondary College and many doctors surgeries, dentists and other businesses throughout Townsville. You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I had a small problem which was rectified when I took my problem elsewhere (no charge and in appropriate 1 minute) where your staff quoted me a $460 replacement why didnt you help me??? I knew there must have been a better solution then I was given. Shame on you I will be spreading the word (because I am in a position where I talk to the public daily). Shame,shame shame. NO STAR RATING
