Thankyou Robert for coming and repairing my water tank pump the same day as I rang. Robert identified the problem explained and showed me the issue and fixed it immediately at a very reasonable price. The overflow from the full tank was contributing to the flooding of the backyard so the next rainy days wont cause such a problem. Many sincere thanks. Jenny Heathwood

Rob from The Pump Guru is one of the most professional, honest, hard-working and reliable tradespeople I have ever used on the Sunshine Coast. Free quotes (no 'call out' fee), attends to jobs quickly and efficiently, low cost, will always steer people in the most cost efficient direction (repair instead of just trying to sell you a new one), and goes about his work in a very professional and friendly manner. I don't often go to the effort of writing reviews, but I simply just had to support this business for the awesome service that Rob provides. Make sure you call him when making a decision about who to fix your pump, he was miles cheaper than any other pump repairer near my local area of Palmview. Doesn't charge for quotes (like the first repairer I had out), so you really have nothing to lose and everything to gain. He'll look after you and you can have complete confidence in his integrity and skills in this area.

I have had the pleasure of Robert Kennedy from The Pump Guru attend my residence to repair the pump on my water tank. Robert is friendly, reliable, very knowledgeable and definitely the Guru when it comes to pumps. Thank you so much Robert, for your excellent service! We live on tank water and need our pumps working. This week when my pump stopped working Robert came straight out got it all working for us. He is a super guy, and he really does know his stuff, there is no one else I would call or trust ! again thanks, we can now shower again!!!!!

I rang Bob, the Pump Guru about the water pump for my rain water tank. Told him what the problem was. He came a few days later, and fixed the problem. He was a pleasure to deal with, Knowledgable and reliable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with pump problems.

We have 2 pumps on our property, and both have needed repairs recently. One went on Christmas Day, and Robert assisted us as soon as he could. He works hard in the rain too. He is prompt, efficient, affordable and friendly too. We feel lucky to have him in our area to help out.

We have been having trouble with our pump for sometime and numerous other companies our claiming to be able to fix it to no avail. Rob from The Pump Guru was prompt and very polite, he came and had the problem solved with in a matter of minutes. Finally someone has fixed our pump and its been going great ever since.
