The Pure Water Specialist

The worst after sales customer service we've ever experienced unfortunately. Certainly, the worst post new home build experience (all of our other trades were and have been fantastic to date). To be fair, everything was great during the sales process, and we believe TPWS did have good intentions however, when we patiently waited and tried to give them the opportunity to make wrong, right we got nothing ... Two-and-a-half years and we still don't have a drinking water filter tap that works properly at our kitchen sink, nor have we been contacted to discuss replacement cartridges and/or filters for this or the whole house water filter system we also had installed. We reached out on numerous occasions to work TPWS but to no avail; instead, we got excuses. We have spent 1000's of dollars with a local company and are incredibly disappointed.
