TL, DR- Super slow post, poor service, still waiting on a refund three weeks later.
On the 6th Jan I placed an order for two items. A week later I had to contact them as it still hadn't been sent out. Two days later (9 days after the initial order was placed) I was told only half the order had been sent. I opted for a refund on the missing item and was then asked for my bank details. I explained that the order was paid for via Afterpay, and that all refunds from the merchant go through there. I even provided a photo from the website that explained this in clear detail. Another week goes by, still no refund. I provided my details as there was no point arguing about the refund process, and three weeks down the track, I still haven't got my refund. Avoid like the plague. They'll happily take your money and show zero customer service after that.
