The Tree Men

We recently had them remove a large tree in our backyard and their arborist was skilled and did an excellent job, however the clean up crew left a mess in our neighbours yard and an even larger mess in our own. When we politely asked them to rectify some of the mess, the owners were extremely rude, they were also very demanding asking for payment several seperate times before we’d even had a chance to look at the completed work and even before their last worker had left the yard (we paid promptly). The owners showed up a couple of days later agreeing the yard looked disgusting and that they would be back to clean it up, they never did and also never responded.. apparently this is pretty typical. I would NOT recommend them - terrible customer service

Hi Roger, we have confirmed with your neighbour that the job was all cleaned up. You complained about our work 5 days after it was done. Please feel free to contact me and we can resolve the issue.

I found this business on Localsearch,com and paid them to remove 4 trees and clean up after. They didn't show up at the agreed time, which I'd stressed was important for getting access to the neighbour's driveway, saying at first I wasn't booked in then blaming the wife for not writing it in the book. When they did show it was obviously a rush job with other trees being unnecessarily damaged and branches and logs being left in the neighbour's place as well as mine after they thought they'd cleaned up. I spent over 30 minutes doing what they should have done to make my place look presentable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

These guys were contracted by my neighbour to remove a tree, and inorder to that they required access to my property. When talking to them it was agreed that for access to my property to assist with removing the tree, that they would also remove one of mine in the front yard. This never happened. They don't keep their agreement.
