The Whitsunday Laundromat

I lost my money in one of the washing machines yesterday so I phoned the number on the wall. The guy was polite and told me he knew that machine had a problem if you pushed the lever to hard or too soft it didn’t register......he would drop the money into where I was staying, that afternoon. Guess what ? Didn’t bother ! Wouldn’t recommend Should have a out of order sign if it’s that touchy! Not answering my call today or my message.

I recently spent several weeks holidaying and working around Airlie Beach and Cannonvale and used the excellent services of the Whitsunday Laundromat which is located within the Whitsunday Village shopping complex. The Dexter washing machines did a great job even with a bulky item I had (doona). The shop was clean and well maintained. It was really convenient having the change machine so l didn't have to worry about bringing the right number of coins ($1 and $2 pieces). It was also handy being a few seconds walk to shopping or grabbing a coffee or something to eat at the range of eateries. Completely recommended if you need to do washing and drying when visiting Airlie or Cannonvale for business or pleasure.
