My partner had his car in to have 4 tyres put on, drove out to work got 2hrs into the drive before the nuts blew off and his wheel started coming off. Had to pay $605 for a tow to get the car back to Gladstone from rocky, has been 2 weeks and still doesn’t have his car back from THG tyres. Was told over the weekend they’d be in all weekend to get it done. It’s now a public holiday today and my parter is due to head back out to work and still doesn’t have a car! Terrible Service THG tyres. We’re out of pocket a lot of money and that doesn’t even include the 4hr round trip to drive out and get him stranded in rocky. No communication or urgency at all
