I approached Think Design Company to create a functional website and blog for my business and after a month of having it live, I had to take it down because, since putting it up, business dropped dramatically. While areas of it looked good, it was not responding well on different devices and Internet browsers and not one bit of marketing they did converted to any sales. This was a colossal waste of time and money, I don't know any business who would knowingly pay to lose money, but this happened to my business after being told my business would increase after hiring their services and all it did was nearly put me out of business. After I voiced my concerns and distaste for the sites performance I heard very little back from them and when I did get back to me it took much more time than their usual responses did. Hiring their services was a waste of time, energy and money and I would never do it again.
