Real smoked ham (smoked on the premises) a bit dearer than elsewhere. But the quality and taste is worth every cent. Genuinely served the ham for 40 guests on 2/12 . Everyone wanted to know where I purchased the ham.

Just passing through Tiaro and stopped at the Butcher to buy some of their bacon, as recommended by a friend. What a mistake that was !! we purchased a mere 1kg, 2 days after arriving home in Brisbane we tried some bacon and eggs for breakfast, OMG, the best bacon we had ever tasted, real bacon, you can even eat the rind, the mistake, yep, should have bought more. AAAHHH, the famous, next time. My only question is, can I get Tiaro bacon in Brisbane ???

Thank you for liking our bacon, but you can only buy from shop and these days best order to avoid dissapointment as we have trouble keeping up supply.

It would have to be the best butcher shop in AUSTRALIA I’ve been getting meats etc etc etc there for over 40 years and it’s always perfect
