Timbertown Vet Hospital

I had the unhappy task of taking my beautiful and loyal friend of 17 years to be put to sleep and just want to say that the compassion and caring that was shown by the staff was second to none I will always be grateful

I am just speechless about this veterinary clinic. Contacted them last Friday to ask about taking my dog here as he has medical problems and we moved back to Wauchope 6 months ago. They told me they would get my dogs medical records sent up to them from my vet clinic and would ring me to arrange an appointment as soon as they got them. I heard nothing by Monday so I rang them,they confirmed they had received his records but had been busy but would talk to the vet and ring me straight back, no call back with an app so I rang again. Another excuse saying the were so busy so held the line while receptionist talked to the vet about an app only for her to come back and say "I'm sorry we are not taking on any new clients" I was in disbelief..why on earth get the medical history sent to themselves if they are not taking new clients. Thank heavens for the other beautiful vets in town that saw my little boy today after ringing them yesterday afternoon. They were amazing and so caring.

I highly recommend this vet practice. The knowledge, skills, communication, support and compassion of this exceptional team, are second to none. The Wauchope and surrounding community are indeed fortunate to have such a level of care available to them for their beloved animal family members. Awesome! Gloria Anderson

I have had the most amazing support through the end of life days with my beloved Pipi my cat and Jackie my dog.Alison and her team were incredible in their empathy and skill with myself and family with the incredible grief we felt at their passing I am a professional nurse who has dealt with many many bereavements,in palliative units and acute settings Alison and her team understood that our pets were as important to us as humans.
