The service of TK Express was really bad. They've delayed delivery of my parcel for two weeks and on the delivery day, the delivery person didn't press the doorbell at all which there's someone at home to attend. Why would someone deliver without ringing the doorbell?? It makes no sense to me and they can't arrange to deliver again on the second day, they need to do it the next week! Also, calls to their customer service will never be picked up. Nothing makes sense for this company.

TK express have been delivering to waternsw at chaffey dam for many yrs now and we have had nothing but exceptional service. Thank you Tk, we appreciate your efforts
