Thanks so much for taking care of my Russian blue beaker. He is very chatty spoilt and demanding and you gave him all the love and attention whilst he was in your care even providing me with photos . I know when hes stressed as he loses weight quickly, but he was still chonky and very happy when I collected him, you must have bathed him because he smelt good!! Cheers guys xxxx

My little dog rover stays at TLC whenever I have to travel to Sydney and he loves his stay. Stacey and the staff are very caring. When I collect him, he is brought out to my car and placed in his bed for the journey home.

Have never left my cats in a cattery. Was extremely anxious, but I feel my cats received amazing care and they had just as good a holiday as us. Excellent facilities and Heather spoils the cats with brushes, hugs and playtime. Thank you!

When do I need to book?

This is dependent on the time of the year you want us to care for your pet. If you are planning to go away during the school holidays, Christmas/New Year, Easter, you need to book months in advance. We have dogs booked in 12 months in advance as the demand is high and there are only so many pets we can care for. During these times we have Waiting Lists for hopeful owners.

Will my dog have his own kennel or must he share with other dogs?

Every dog is allocated its own kennel. For dogs from the same family, we place them side by side unless the owner specifies they want the dogs to be together. Our kennels are designed in such a way that several walls move thereby turning two kennels into one. We do not and will not house dogs belonging to different owners together. We do not backpack.
