My worst experience with a managing agent. Director was unhappy that I emailed advice I was terminating management agreement to allow a close family friend to rent privately so they could care for an aging parent. They expected a call. As a result they took 30 days notice from date of email, leaving me to manage the end of tenancy remotely at a time of personal crisis. When I complained they terminated immediately with no notice. Deeply unprofessional.

I am impressed with the communication and standards of service of this company. I have rented my whole life and Christine and the team have been very helpful with any inquiries that I’ve had. TMP is in my top two best real estates that I’ve had in my life.

Terrible communication, currently having issues getting our bond back after not hearing from them after handing our keys back. Was told after we contacted them after 2 weeks of hearing nothing that they had called and spoken to us which they havent. Trying to invoice us $520 to clean a small back courtyard which they had raised no issues about in the 2 scheduled inspections we had over the year and had said nothing to us about having anything wrong it after we had asked if they had seen any issues. Strongly would not recommend!!

I have a number of rental properties and have engaged TMP Rentals to manage these properties from the outset. I can't speak highly enough of the company's principal and employee and would never look to entrust my properties with any other company. Christine has been looking after our rental properties for some time now and we have found her to be very professional at all times. Nothing is too much trouble for her to attend to especially as we live out of Coffs Harbour. We can rest assured that Christine and her staff will look after our interest and keep us informed along the way. I would recommend TMP Rentals to anyone who had an investment property.

I hired Chrissie and her team to manage our property during a very difficult sale period. Our tenants hadn't yet bought our property but were renting back. They believed they owned the property and could be interesting to deal with. Unfortunately we had a massive storm which did thousands of dollars damage to our property and insurance was involved. Chrissy helped us get through this difficult time, and I know it would have been so more stressful had we gone with a larger real estate agency. Their expertise and maturity are what really puts them well above the rest of the crowd and I have no hesitation to recommend them to everyone.

Christine is the best property manager I have ever encountered in over 20 years of property investing. I have dealt with dozens of other property managers and none came even close to measuring up to Christine's standards. My properties are always left in perfect condition by the tenants and that is definitely not a coincidence. I always recommend TMP rentals to any other landlords that I encounter.

Christine from TMP has managed our property for over ten years, and in that time she has provided us with exceptional service for our property in Coffs Harbour. We have several properties in other areas managed which have been managed by a number of property manages over the years, giving us cause to change from time to time due to a degradation of services and a lack of support to both tenants and us as the landlords. In Christine's case, she goes out of her way to ensure that the tenant has the best support from her as the manager and from us as the landlords and at the same time acts on our behalf ensuring that our property is maintained in the best condition. She is an excellent communicator which we find comforting as well live in Canberra. We have had no cause for concern with Christine's duty of care and we happily recommend her as a property manager to anyone who may be looking for a Property manager or who may be looking to upgrade their current property manager.
