Despite having gone to the depot four times and filling in a permission to leave at door form, guess what I found in my letterbox today? Another half hour round trip. Useless...useless...useless service.

TNT should be running for parliament. A bagful of promises with no result. 2 weeks and still no delivery.

I missed the first deliver, which was fine because it wasn't specified what day my package would arrive, however when I scheduled a re-delivery, I specified it to be delivered at 4:30pm, however, they decided to deliver it 3 hours beforehand. DO NOT USE

I purchased a TV 20/12/16 knowing that it would take a bit longer to be delivered due to Christmas holidays. When I called 29/12/16 I was advised it had not even been picked up, but this was quickly fixed and got email stating it would be delivered 30/12/16. Not so. Every step of the way with the courier TNT has been abysmal (5 or 6 interactions), right down to the point today I receive a text message stating the TV has been delivered, to an empty house, no signature, left on the front door step in sight of the street. Luckily when I got home an hour later it was still there.

Yer lucky—my parcel (I have found out) is still sitting in the Coffs depot and I am STILL waiting for delivery. I was told by 5pm today. They have half an hour. Very VERY poor service. Will never use this service and will NOT recommend to others that's for sure.

I just want to talk to some one, not listen to the options on repeat 50 times. How about a bit of customer service.

My delivery has now been delayed 3 days which is very annoying given that a signature is required. You get it, waiting around with no updates at all! I phoned the call centre 3 times only to be told each time that my query had been escalated and someone would call me back within 45 mins. This never happened!! This experience was one of exceptionally poor customer service, or should I say nonexistent service!!

TNT are the worst couriers on the Planet. They call themselves the "People Network" yet you can't call the depot or speak to a human. Absolutely unreliable and rude. We have advised our suppliers that if they use TNT we will close our supply accounts and I urge everyone else to do the same. If the rest of us ran our businesses as bad as TNT we would all be bankrupt.

I was happy with the service today with a domestic pick up. They arrived at time allocated and the man at TNT on the phone was very helpful.

It would be nice instead ringing the door bell then running off, wait for a minute before bolting. It would give people on the toilet time to answer the door and it is impossible to communicate with the business or have they some thing to hide.

We are constantly exasperated by TNT's delivery process. Unlike their office, we don't sit behind a computer all day. We run a Marina - which, consequently the staff had no idea about, and are not office bound. Why can't they call if we aren't there? Good luck getting your parcel if, heaven forbid, contact the office. Give the driver a phone. They can manage the whole show without the office!! Twice I have had to drive out to the store, and then go and meet the truck to get my parcel. If the driver was able to call the client, it would completely revolutionise the organisation, completely!!! I will continue to discourage any customers to not use TNT, it is embarrassing having to explain this process to our visiting clients.

i just had an iPad delivered. the box had been opened, the plastic removed, the iPad turned on and a passcode entered into it(with greasy fingers) rendering it useless. VERRY PISSED OFF!

Item took two days to get from Hong Hong to my city. And then another 4 to my address. If anyone at all in my house can sign for the item without my presence, why can it not be left in a letterbox with my permission ? Signatures don't mean anything. A verbal contract is just as good, especially if you actually look at the item and realise it's only worth about $1... valueless to others, but priceless to me.
