I Can't even offer 1 star..the worse ever..no access to talk to the local depot and Malaysia answer the phones with no knowledge of local detail...bring back the old TNT..this one is just a sh# show..

This is just ridiculous. i got a Sorry your not home card with no tracking number on it, in the mail box. then 2 messages with the tracking number. I have tried to collect form local depot and they stated that there was not parcel. then email / filled out on line information to be told wrong number...... No luck phoning as the international phone keeps ringing... this is the 3rd time that this has happened. NOT HAPPY AT ALLL..... ....ERRRRRR frustrating.... Coralie from Palmerston NT......

paid $$ for postage from oversea, yesterday shows as out of delivery since lunch time and then 4.30 shown as time constraint. Check again today nothing updated was ring them 30 mins waiting on the phone, the answer is truck full could not put my parcel in..they never on time always delayed, understood for in covid time but now in the area i have to wait til next week for get the parcel. Why many people complains they never get their service better. should shut down i thought.

My parcel arrived from China and they woulnt deliver to a PO box. Fair enough i gave my home address and the response was it doesnt exist I sent images of where iam from Google maps in a suburb of Palmerston and the route they would have to take Next day I recieved a message the parcel couldnt be delivered because no one was home even though I had given instruction where to leave it as I wouldnt be home. Message said the card that was left at the premises was required to pick up the parcel from their depot which I had to do as no one is home during their delivery times There was no card left at my premises They obviously had not attempted to deliver or the card would of been left Very disapointed in their service especially seeing I paid over $400 for the shipping of the parcel and will not intentionally use them again as this is not the first time i have had to pick up a parcel from their depot

Have received several conflicting messages apologising for late delivery, online tracking saying it’s being delivered followed by sms to say there are delays and no one to answer the phones. Why not just be honest with customers about delivery dates and times - if it’s not coming until next week just tell me - don’t have me sitting at home waiting while you send messages or put information in the tracking app that is wrong!!!!

More pathetic service. Home all day Friday waiting for the delivery, at 6pm find a card on my gate saying sorry we missed you. Ring TNT and I can't even pick it up myself till Monday because the depot is closed on weekends. No apology. How this company stays in business is beyond my understanding.

Useless. Received a text stating attempt to deliver my parcel and was unavailable this was 15 mins after they so called tried to deliver. I was home all day and no one knock or even rang door bell. So rang their office, which was pointless. All they can say sorry and nothing they can do except re-deliver between 9-5pm. Thanks for being unhelpful and lack of customer service!!!

Received an sms...parcel couldn't be delivered. Confirmed with the sender that the delivery instruction had been sent with the item. Instruction was to throw it over the fence. How hard is that and now my client has to wait longer to get his truck back out to make a living as it appears the yard isn't open Saturday mornings according to the website. Received a miss you card that looks like it's spent its entire life on the floor of a filthy cab which was left at 4 pm. Found the sms around 4.20 made the phone call and got cut off. Two more attempts made on the last I was informed it's out of hours. 20 minutes to 5.00 pm. The yard closes at 5 pm according to the website.

Cant get assistance with website, cant book a pick up by phone. They dont have access to our account number so cant help their client. Spent 1/2 an hour on the website trying to book a pick up then 1/2 hour on phone to various people who were unable to assist. Wont bother wasting my time with TNT ever again. Rang Toll - all done in 10 mins over the phone. Yeay! It's not rocket science people!

I was at the address at the time TNT sent a SMS about "We'€™ve missed you." I've try to call back the mobile number which has a voice message said the number is disconnected. This is not to any couriers service standards.

Not only did TNT not deliver, they lied to supplier and said business was closed. They forgot we are 24 hour! Then a 47 minute wait on phone. Then they said it was lost. Not just a one off as we go through this every time someone is silly enough to use TNT.

This is the worse parcel courier you will find, we dealt with them 3 times are we never shipping with them again. They leave card even when you home, when sorting redelivering they do same so you have to pick it up an then you have to pick up from depot. For us this time item wont fit in our car so we now have to hire a Ute to pick up.

This has to be the worst delivery company in Australia. Every time I buy something that requires a delivery it comes by TNT. Their drivers are the worst and laziest drivers. They come to the residence and leave a note even when you are there waiting for them. You then have to go out to their depot the next day to pick it up

I sent a package airfreight to Darwin on the 11/4/2016. Here we are 1 week later and TNT Darwin don't know where the freight is. Before you ask, yes paper work all ok, marked overnight first class. In one week I've had about 20 excuses all to no avail but apparently the Darwin manager has been walking the dock for 4 days now. Why not check the freight documents is the consignment in the shipment or not. Service there is none—minus 5 stars for mine. No one in there right mind would use this company. The good news is the customer relations girls are courteous and trying to help if only the rest of the organisation good get up to speed!

Was asked to be at home from 12 noon to 4pm. Courier turned up at 5.45pm with no apology and with the company having made no contact with me. When I complained about how late the courier was he refused to take the parcel!
