TNT Express Nowra

If you want a reliable, trustworthy company look elsewhere. After a bad experience approx. two years ago when one of their employees assured me, that although the glass on the frame of a limited edition print to be delivered to me was broken, the print itself was undamaged. I agreed to accept the delivery as I was prepared to have it reframed, you guessed it, the print was badly scratched and worthless. After complaining to the Nowra office and their Head Office they didn't offer any compensation or even to refund the courier cost. Through an agent, Transdirect, my wife paid for her art work to be displayed in an exhibition to be picked up last Friday by TNT with the condition of being "delivered next business day". The TNT courier didn't show up and they didn't answer their phone when I called in the afternoon. I had to drive it to Sydney myself as there was a deadline and I needed to make sure it got there, I would never use this company again.
