TNT Express

Last Christmas I bought a gift for my husband one month before Christmas. I could not find out where in Toowoomba the chair was and nobody would help me. The usual "I don't know. It was delivered in January. So much for the Christmas surprise! Will not be using and Company that uses TNT as their preferred carrier.

Try and phone the depot direct—impossible. The 131150 is useless and will not connect through to depot.

Can't find our parcel, tracking has told us it has gone to Crowsnest, different direction from where we are, the girl at TNT told us because Crowsnest (2hrs away) is closer to us than Toowoomba (40mins away). Who hires for a travel company a person who has no idea where their delivery area is.
