I can not recommend this company more highly,,,,I needed there help this morning just south of Grafton , the truck arrived so quickly,,a friend had stopped to offer help ,just before tnt showed, not only did the driver wait to see the car would start ,he was advising the on coming traffic there was a break down ,also ,because my car was started and I didn't need to be towed,,they refused to take any payment for there time ,can't ask for better than that ,

I had the misfortune to need to call for the NRMA after the wheel on my trailer let go The NRMA refused to help basically telling me to organise my own tow truck even though their policy stated they would At 1.30 am Sunday morning. I was stuck on the side of the Pacific Highway 125k from my destination Ballina with a foot to spare between my vehicle and trucks passing I had already been driving since 10 am Saturday leaving Moruya South Coast the day before this is the last thing I needed so I got onto TNT Towing Grafton I would like to thank Damien for organising a tow truck even though he wasn't sure how, when everybody was already on jobs when he realised where I was positioned there was a tow truck within an hour and a special thanks for sorting out the NRMA mistake I'd also like to say thank you to Steve the tow truck driver who when arrived introduced himself pointed out some safety factors and then got on with loading my stricken trailer without doing more damage Fully recommend

Broke down on the north coast and they towed my vehicle all the way to Sydney and took me home. No-one else was willing to do it.

This very worried Nanna called from Melbourne as my son & his family of 4 kids were stranded between Grafton & Armadale. Lisa from TNT towing answered my call & in a very short time had a truck on the way to not only collect the vehicle but sent a vehicle that could safely transport my 4 grandchildren aged from 13 to 7 months back to accommodation for the night. I am so grateful to Lisa & her crew. She went above & beyond to see my family safe. Thank you.

I was recently caught up in the flooding of Ulmarra and my car was completely submerged.Damian and his team came to my rescue towing my car to a mechanic in Grafton completely free of charge a wonderful gesture and greatly appreciated in such a difficult time. They towed my car after a car accident They know the insurance company they know the claim number They never sent an invoice to me or the insurance company Yet refuse to release the car unless they have been paid in full When no one knows the amount This is slowing down the repair process of my car and is a definite not using ever again What insurance company wouldn't pay out on an approved claim? How can they pay when you have had the car for almost a full work week yet you don't send anyone invoices to pay it Ridiculous
