Toll IPEC Ballarat

Paid for 2 day express delivery, from Melbourne to Ballarat, the package was for a trip I am taking two days after expected delivery. The package wasn't picked up until 3pm on the day of delivery and and tried to tell me that they only received the info for pick up that morning, with same or next day delivery on it. Despite the fact I have emails from toll and the supplier confirming on Wednesday that it was express. I also received emails today stating it was due to be delivered today. They also couldn't tell me where my $2000 package will be in 2 months when I return.

This company has been very unhelpful and I am very unsatisfied with their service has been over a month and our package still hasn’t arrived after countless hours on the phone to be promised it would be arriving soon and still weeks later has not arrived yet, very unhappy considering it was $90 for delivery, if I knew it still wouldn’t be here a month later could have picked it up myself that day and saved myself a whole lot of hassle and nonsense, thanks guys for the headache
