Toll Ipec

I have an estimated delivery of the 9 Feb 2024. The item left SA on 18 January 2024. Roughly 22 days from SA to Cairns. Rubbish

Received email and text that parcel was out for delivery Friday 21.04.23 at 7.08am. Never arrived, didn't even attempt a delivery. Monday 24.04 another message saying out for delivery. Though instructed to leave at front door they didnt complete delivery. The card they left says to go online to find out where the parcel is. Waited till after 7pm as instructed. Online couldn't find the parcel number left by courier tried original consignment number still said it was out for delivery. Called and told they can't give me the address for collection as the depot is "too big" and I'd need to wait 2 business days to get the address, with the public holiday that would make it 3 days. Completely useless customer service, dealing with them is akin to psychological torture.

The Cairns depot is beyond incompetent. I have had the misfortune of having to deal with them twice and they have proven themselves to be incompetent both times. Disgraceful customer service attitude and very poor delivery service. The first parcel they lost after delivering to the wrong apartment complex and denying accountability. The second parcel the lost in their depot for a week and delivery drivers are too lazy to exit their vehicles and call on intercom. IPEC are now near impossible to contact to complain or arrange a collection. My suppliers have now been informed that sending deliveries via toll will result in loss of business.

what a joke package picked up by toll cairns 9/01/23 still "in transit" via toll priority over nite today 16/01/23, no delivery no cooperation from toll,standard reply under investigation will ring you before 5pm, no reply to date.
