These guys didn’t deliver as it was not worth their drive (their words) but didn’t even inform me that they had my package. They just leave it in their depot till the customer rings them. So after 3 weeks of wondering where my parcel is, and after hours of phone calls to the seller, I found out that these mugs are too lazy to inform the customer that they didn’t want to drive out to deliver it and too lazy to inform the customer.

I wish you could rate them in minus stars. Absolutely hopeless. Couldn’t deliver to an open business for three days and then say that we weren’t there and had left a card, (which they didn’t). Plus they had our work and mobile number to contact us. Couldn’t find our open business in a street 100m long and with only 4 factories in it and ours with two 10m x 3m signs with our name on it. A simple “Google” search shows where we are with photos and a map…..derrrr !! And no local number to call to sort things out. Pathetic excuse for a freight company !!

Three parcels from China delivered to the wrong address three streets away. Only by the honesty of the people at this address did we receive the parcels. Toll just kept saying "They have been delivered". Customer service have a very poor understanding of the english language and takes 45 minutes for a basic enquiry. Get your act together please. Mark

Got a sorry we missed you card, called up and was supposed to have my delivery redelivered yesterday. Called up last night only to be told that I now have to wait 24hrs to get the Toll Depot in my town to call the people at Toll head office. If I could, I would give you zero stars.

absolute shambles after 2 hrs 6 redirections and no progress-just trying to get parcel delivery address changed as Toll Ipec dont deliver to original address. Would have been quicker to drive and pick up.

hopeless. Said they delivered to our business, left a card, yet we had someone at the office from 8 to 7pm. Sender gave me the info, tried to call. Local number is dead, 1300 number wanted me to go online. Absolutely hopeless.

I give a 1 because you can't give a minus score!!! Absolutely hopeless!!! They say they delivered my parcel to the 1st house on my road, I am the 3rd house... nobody remembers any delivery!!! So where the hell is my parcel??? As useless as tits on a bull!!!

Absolutely disgusting Waiting for delivery Someone was home all day They never knocked on my door instead just put card in letterbox saying my parcel has to be picked up from the depot This parcel is urgent When speaking to the customer service line All I was told is sorry for the inconvenience and wait for another msg And we cannot guarantee re delivery and it's up to me to collect from depot I asked for a direct number and was told I could not contact them Absolutely terrible service So not only did I pay for delivery I have to pay for a taxi or public transportation as I don't drive to pick my parcel up if they don't re deliver Never using this company again

I was expecting a parcel today ,only to see on online tracking that delivery failed. How is that possible when no one attempted the delivery. I was home all day waiting for it. I tried to contact toll but it seems they don't like to answer their phones. The parcel was addressed correctly

I'm a fairly small business but send out about 1-200 packages a week. Not happy with my current courier company, I called Toll to get some pricing and see what the service would be like. The young lady that answered obviously didn't like her job. I asked how I would speak to my local office and was abruptly told I can't and that they don't even have a phone. (seriously???? they don't have a phone? lol) I said I was looking for a new courier company and looking for good service. Was indignantly told someone would call me back in a few days. After clarifying I was looking for good service and that you're pushing away a reasonable client, i was told that was my decision. The hubris towards customers. Are courier companies the bottom of the feeding barrel for jobs? When your companies survival depends on packages getting to their destination on time and not damaged, you want a courier company that is going to look after you. Not treat you like an annoying bother and couldn't care less.

Left a card and con note and booking ref no. blank. Under where is your delivery taken to no box ticked. Phoned the 1300 no. and they couldn't give the pick up address. Said they'd text me. Very difficult understanding the lady. Didn't hear for three days so phoned again. Very difficult again understanding the lady with a foreign accent. Now waiting on another text. Ill probably drive around the industrial areas looking for the business. So frustrating.

I would not trust them to deliver a brick intact or on-time. Assistance is outsourced to people with names like "Peter", but eat curry not pies. Use any other service for on-time and intact deliveries. Terrible and referred to the NSW Department of Fair Trading for breach of service standards and delivery promises against the incurred cost. AVOID AND USE A REPUTABLE SERVICE!

Not good at all, I tracked my parcel it says ETA 28/03/18 now it is 29/03/18 no delivery. I tried to call the 1300 number numerous times, on hold for too long, it's not a free call number so not happy at all.

Absolutely ridiculous. Missed the delivery last Friday, was scheduled to be re-delivered on Tuesday, I was home all day and no one came, left it til Wednesday, no show, called Thursday night and was told it would be delivered Friday, no show again. Called the local Toll and they're shut, so scheduled to be redelivered on Monday. It's a joke.

I wasn't home for delivery, driver left card in the letterbox (sweet) called the driver to find out where the parcel was....Toll collection point Grafton. Went there at 3:30 Friday arvo....shut. Fair enough...early knock off on Friday. Tried today at 2pm...shut! Called customer service, couldn't tell me opening hours, told me it would be delivered this arvo...nothing! Note to self, don't use Toll!

Excellent customer service. Despite been obviously busy with a shed and parcels to organise the man at toll ipec Coffs Harbour attended to my visit promptly my goods were loaded into my car and his manner was exceptionally pleasant. An absolute legend well done toll ipec!

Toll did not leave my package as instructed. Next day the receptionist would not tell me where it is, nor the name of the company nor the phone number, so here I am waiting for a text from an unknown person. This is ridiculous. Can I leave NO stars?

Unbelievably incompetent, a simple request for the local depot address that was not supplied became an ongoing issue. Toll have taken their toll on my patience.
