Toll Ipec are the worst couriers I’ve ever experienced. They have never delivered! Excuses include “ no one was home” - a straight out lie. They have left items at their depot without any advice or at local PO again without advising us. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

What a joke. I paid my supplier for delivery door to door. This mob left a message on my phone to say that they would not deliver to me because I want on one of their regular delivery runs and I would have to pick it up from a collection point. My postman can deliver the mail 3 days a week but I had to drive 15kms to collect the parcel because they were too lazy to do the job I paid for. I have a heap of stuff to go to Sydney shortly., Guess who I won't be using. They are completely useless.

I have been waiting for a delivery from your company all week now. When I speak to one of your employees in India or the Phillipines or wherever, and they tell me/promise me one thing, and then your company does something completely opposite regarding delivery. There is no one accountable at your company for a simple delivery. I am sick of waiting for hours on end, being on your pathetic 1300 phone line for hours on end (listening, by the way, to your interminably repeating recording of "what a great service your company provides"), and no one at your company knowing what's going on. The Toll Group should be accountable for its absolute disrespect for its customers, and for its immeasurable incompetence. When do I get my delivery?

well I'm confused right now I have card in letter box saying you called at 9.50am. However, someone was home so I'm not sure if they didn't hear but usually dog barking alerts us. the card left only has web address when I went there and entered details the site said card no. not correct. I went to tracking which told me item delivered at 1.06pm. Rang the no. I finally found from searching website only to get a recorded message. done local search for this area and got this site. rang and left message. could someone please contact me by email to let me know what is going on with my delivery as the ticket is saying delivery returned to our Toll depot and card saying you called 26/6/2015 at 9.50am and tracking saying item delivered at 1.06pm???????? I'm happy to put an accurate rating in once this is sorted
