Received a sorry I missed u Friday, called up organised for delivery today. Only to call up again because he apparently missed me, was standing out the front over that hour. Pathetic, employ people who do there job and make a area for actual complaints. Maybe than toll could learn.

received a sorry we missed you notice in the mail from toll , called the number to find details to pick up item , call centre in philipinnes asked what my date of birth, email, phone number, what was in the package, all sorts of personal and unnecessary questions. why do they need all that info to pick up a package?

Unreal - operators in the Philippines with no knowledge and then the poor operator has to call back to Ashmore Queensland depot of Toll in Australia to then tell me the TV delivery was sent to the wrong place?! Now still don't know when the TV will be shipped?? Absolutely pathetic service & once again big company puts profits before customers!! I suspect the new CEO will still give expensive gold watches to senior managers (SMs) at Christmas!! Hope they don't ship them via Toll to these poor useless SMs??!!

SHOCKING !! pick up from victoria took days then we were told priority and will be dropped off on friday. couldnt give specific times but said we had to be home 8 to 5 . we were no delivery at all. Overseas call centre were a total waste of time and space. Had no idea , kept apologising but wouldn't resolve the issue or give time when it would be delivered. absolutely disgusting service and communication.

Priority service loaded on van for delivery at 7.43am and not delivered. Says it is still on the van .Overseas call centre says he can only contact by email. Have no idea what has happened to my parcels. Have to wait until after Easter when it will be delivered if I am lucky.

OVERSEAS CALL CENTRE... CONSTANTLY GET DISCONNECTED WHEN TRYING TO TRACK A LOST PARCEL SO NOTHING HAPPENS.. (COULD HEAR ROOSTERS IN THE BACKGROUND) NOBODY ANSWERS EMAIL ENQUIRIES $2500 WORTH OF PRODUCT LOST IN TRANSIT

Will not redeliver after not leaving at my door. Expects me to collect from depot OVER THE BORDER 100kms away!?! This is the short story

do not use TOLL. You cannot even make complaints or rate them after the call totally and absolutely rubbish

So not happy with this service..my item is like 35 mins away been sitting in there arundel depot can’t get through to them as customer service won’t give me there number... so far been waiting 3 days to get my delivery and still can’t get a answer when it will be delivered Wouldn’t ever use them again

Delivered day prior to ETA so wasn't home. Booked redelivery - didnt turn up. Booked another redelivery with ATL - didnt turn up. Booked another redelivery - didnt turn up. Booked depot collection - no sms with pickup address. Rebooked depot collection - still no sms. Rebooked depot collection - again no sms. Phoned again was told depot had sent sms which they havent. Was supplied depot phone number.......to a non existent phone number in NSW 1000km away. Now on hold for call number 15 in 5 days...... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - call centre in Phillipines who do not assist or resolve the enquiry.

My parcel has been sitting in their depo for 3 weeks, 3 days on the phone still no outcome. Waited at home all day on my day off, still no delivery. The worst company ever. They have one job. To deliver, yet they dont. Dont use this company. They are s***.

This is zero star. I had no idea that I even had a parcel being delivered. They left a card that they missed me. I then went online to request redelivery. I then receive a text message telling me they can not deliver and leave parcel at front door without signature and to either contact them on 131531 or visit their web site. I rang the number. I held on for 45mins before hanging up and I was going crazy listening to the same message over and over to stay on line. I then went back online to request a pick up only to have a message come up saying that I couldn't even do that cause I already have a request in the system. Absolute rubbish service.

Minus 5 star really. Courier scanned the correct box, collected a different box with thousands of dollars worth of merch inside, now the overseas call center have logged an enquiry to get him to return. 6 hours later have heard nothing. Beyond poor service!!!

Picked up parcel at correct time. Item was delivered to customer next time to other side of Australia. Other couriers quoted 7 business days

The only reason Toll received one star is because I can't leave zero. Toll didn't leave my package at home yesterday, they left a card instead. I filled in the online form for the collection point for the next day before the cutoff time. I received the confirmation for the collection point and the day. I then organised someone to collect my parcel at the collection point ... then at 9:45 this morning I received a text from a completely different place saying that they have my parcel. 20 minutes on the phone with someone at Toll's call centre and the best that she can do is raise a request for redelivery ... which may not happen "because it's the second request for redelivery" ... except that Toll didn't uphold their first request.

Sent me a text saying it will be delivered yesterday between 8am-8pm so I waited at home, never arrived. Just called about yesterdays delivery not happening they don't know what happened but did state will not be delivered today either. Great courier company will never use them again.

Ignorned ATL instruction, meaning I missed receipt of urgently required medication. Organised to collect my package the next day, but it wasn't available as arranged. After spending over 1/2 hour on the phone with a man I could barely understand, then driving 1/2 hour to collect a package they couldn't find, I would not recommend Toll at all.

This is the most hopeless and annoying service and I would strongly recommend avoiding using this service as it is hopeless and you there is nothing about the service that is priority. The staff are rude and incompetent, the service is extremely slow and annoying and the staff hang up on you. They use poor quality staff that can't understand basic English and they treat you like a dog, you wait online on the phone for half an hour at a time and then the staff hang up on you when they can't understand you. Worst courier service I ever ever seen.

Abysmal. Tried twice to find tracking update and no answer for 30 minutes. Hung up in disgust.
