Toormina Hotel

This venue was busy but not overly busy and we were told that there was a table for us and tea would be 1 hr, We excepted the 1 hr wait and we sat down. 1.5 hrs later and our meals came out 15 min apart one lot then the other, When the meals came out the salad was hotter than the gravy and all the meals were cold. We did ask for are replacement gravy again to get another cold gravy to put on top our already cold steaks and hot salad. It was not just the stakes and the gravy, also the chicken and the cutlet chops, also the chips were also cold Thanks to the lovely girl who apologised for the cold grave as she handed us hot ones, but not good enough for the money out laid for cold food.

We have become regular patrons due to the fantastic food. itÂ’s an awesome night out. Service absolutely outstanding!
