I have been there 2 days in a row and the second day I had an appointment, they didn’t even try to do my nails, seems some workers walked out. Just saying cant help me not even apologies- they have the ability to turn it around that you feel its yiur mistake

I have supported the young couple since they took over this business... but yesterday (Saturday 14th Nov) was a disaster. Such a shame to see their efforts being wasted by their ignorance of what women want and expect from this industry. I made a booking for two procedures and I was there for 2 1/2 hours while the took "walk in" customers and there were so many people in the salon at once it was unsettling add to this the 4 attendants yelled at each other in their language, so rude. The girl who was doing my nails stood up halfway through said something to another girl who then took over. no excuse me or by your leave! The salon was dirty with overflowing towel bins and used papers and old nails on the floor, the dust coated most surfaces even the fire extinguisher was caked with it. The chair I sat in for my pedicure was dirty and the drink holder was caked with some sort of milk drink. The two owners literally ran our at 4pm leaving two pedicure ladies to cope.

Never had fungal disease in my toes until I was gifted an experience here. I liked the girls. Kept coming back But after a while it was obvious they just don’t care. As they saw the problem and assured me it would grow out, but I was losing my nail.... just trust your instinct and look after yourself because even though they pretend to look after you actually they know your nails are riddled with fungal disease and they still don’t inform you or let you know. It’s so wrong. I have just spent $50 on a treatment from the chemist. It takes a month of everyday care but hey..... wow. Live simply Simply live.
