Tormey's came out to my home a few months back and serviced all three air conditioning units. I found their service to be excellent and very professional. Will be using them again.

Kevin & the guys from Tormey's Fire & Ice recently serviced our 5 year old air conditioner and I can honestly say it is now working as if it were brand new. Having previously been very frustrated and disappointed with trying to book other companies to do this job, it was a pleasure to deal with such a prompt and professional service from Kevin and his team. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Kevin & the guys from Tormey's Fire & Ice not only very professionally serviced my business premises air conditioner, but after 20 odd years when the old thing finally could go no more, they were unbelievably helpful in getting a replacement sorted out and installed. It was a difficult job that took some time, but it was done with impressive professional style & with minimal disruption to the business. First class professionals and probably my best experience in my many years dealing with trades in North Queensland. Highly Recommended!

Kevin recently installed a new air conditioner in our home replacing the original unit which had been bought 19 years ago. Tormey's have been servicing the old air conditioner for a number of years. I truly believe that without their yearly maintenance service of our air conditioner it would have needed replacing many years ago. I cannot fault the service, attention and assistance that Kevin and his staff have provided to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
