They make you wait for weeks straight to fix your car and when you ask them how much longer to wait for it to be fixed there excuse is that they have been flat out and they will get to it when they can but then other cars get taken it even after they were booked in way after I booked my car in

I called into Torque Mechanical shop to get an issue with my car looked at. From the first contact with Jesse on the phone to meeting Michelle in the office, and young Dom the mechanic, my day was made. They are the nicest, most professional crew you could ask for. Nothing was a problem and my issue was sorted quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Jesse and the team have been looking after my bikes and cars for over a year now, but recently have outdone themselves when they helped me build my latest project, a Y61 cab Chassis, converting it from a boring stock unit to an absolute beast! Enroute to Fraser Island ferry we had a seal on the back prop shaft split and we had smoke and oil going everywhere. The guys at Torque fit us in within 5 minutes and had us back on the road for our ferry within 30 minutes. We cannot thank these guys enough, so speedy and helpful and actual miracle. Cheers guys!!

Absolutely whole heartedly the best, we broke down, Braids Towing, picked us up, took us directly to Torque Mechanical, in Maryborough & they drove us to & from motels, shops, etc until our car was back on the road, the parts took a few days, but this family owned company went above & beyond for us, thank you Jesse & Shell, highly recommend there business! Thank once again, you guys are awesome, thanks for looking after us oldies lol lol 😊☺️😁
