This is my second year working with Erin from Total Accounting Partners to complete my individual tax return. I am a small company with 2 businesses in the hospitality industry with around 45 staff and Total Accounting are just absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable as well being cheerful and polite and super trustworthy. These guys are so much more than an accounting firm. We migrated to Jason from TAP after they bought our previous accountant practice. Once our accountant had left the practice the service was never the same. Our new accountant has just worked out that TAP has not claimed our gst correctly over the 18/19 financial year and we are due for $40k in gst refunds from the ATO. This is interest we are missing out and extra money we have had to find over the previous 12 months. They don't have people skills and you would never hear from them. They would also never return phone calls.

I was first recommended to TAP and they have always given me excellent service/advice and been very friendly & accommodating in the process.
