Totally Groomy

I’m very happy to find Totally groomy . I used Totally groomy for my kavoodle dog after I tried many dog groomers previously and never enjoyed my experience. Efraim was lovely and caring and I could tell my dog felt very comfortable in his presence. Perfectly groomed at a really good price, I highly recommend him to any dog owners out there!

Hi my name is Di, and I just want to say what a wonderful caring groomer Efraim is, he is calm with my dogs and also ready to explain and give advice on any little issue they might have, my dogs are very excited to see Efraim , and when finished they look and smell gorgeous, one an active Border collie, the other a mini daschund, long hair and very precious, they both react positive to being groomed , big Thankyou Efraim

Efraim is a brilliant dog groomer. He ALWAYS takes ultimate care with our dogs, and they are always happy to be groomed in the trailer. We’ve never experienced a groomer that genuinely cares about our dogs the way Efraim does. His prices are fair enough considering the great job he does. I absolutely recommend Totally Groomy.

Rip off artist & the worst clip of my dogs EVER. He totally shaved them, so I can see their skin. Already charges $70 for small dog clip, then ripped us off by claiming that my small cavoodle (who weighs 4.8kg) was classed as a medium size dog: so would cost $80. My Maltese x Shitzhu is bigger than my Cavoodle. Looking at his website that means my 4.8kg dog is in the same category as our other dog-an English Staffy, who weighs 30kg! And given that he classes a Cavalier as a small dog...what did he think a Cavoodle was?!! He argued with my husband about the price- I'm absolutely gob-smacked that this business has any positive reviews. We definitely didn't see any of the so called experience & professionalism that is raved about on the website. I'm certain my dog was traumatised by him...as he's spent the last 2 nights sitting on my lap, shaking... although, he might be freezing cold, because he has no fur left on his body! So angry I contacted this butcher 😡

Efraim is incredibly calm and my dogs, who had never been groomed before, trusted him completely. He also did a beautiful job. I would 100% recommend Totally Groomy .

I couldn't recommend Totally Groomy enough - caring, friendly, professional and knowledgable. My dog needs extra care and attention and Efraim always manages to do a great job while keeping my dog calm. Great groomer, highly recommended.

Efraim is the best! - He is wonderful with our old dog and she is not worried at all about being groomed. He has great energy and Ruby always looks good after her groom. He genuinely likes dogs!! Cannot recommend him highly enough - and the convenience of him coming to your dog is the best. So glad we found him

My dog’s coat was totally butchered by this man. Her coat was admittedly matted, however, with her breed mix, matting happens quickly, and we have never EVER seen a job as bad as this. We are now calling this her ISO haircut. Please PLEASE may her regular groomer open back up soon. I would never recommend this groomer. Ever.

My cavoodle gets groomed by Efraim every month. He is very professional, takes incredible care and attention to detail and is very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
