Having made an insurance claim and being told we had to redo our bathroom first Ricky and his team were recommended as the builders to go to if you wanted a top notch job at a realistic price.....and we were definitely NOT disappointed. Ricky and the boys went over and above to give the best job they could and involved us every step of the way. Living out of Townsville made it more difficult for them but not once did they show it, never waivering in their enthusiasm or attention to detail, always putting in more than 110% in every area. We can not recommend them highly enough for their reliability, promptness, attention to detail, cost effectiveness, friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness, helpfulness...the list goes on and on. You would be mad if you didn't AT LEAST invite Ricky to give you a quote and talk to you about your project....we're so glad we did and will definitely be lining them up for any work we need done in the future!

I would highly recommend Ricky and the boys from Townsend Carpentry. They did a very professional job. I was so pleased with his ability to give me input on my renovation and ideas, whilst keeping the project on budget and be flexible enough with changes that I wanted. It really was a pleasure, and made the final result very rewarding..and best of all I didn't have to clean up after them!

We organised a quote with Ricky from Townsend Builders and we received a good quote from him and decided to go ahead with it. We had Ricky re-jig a bedroom in our Queenslander. The original time was quoted as 4 days but Ricky finished it in 3. We were really happy with Ricky's work as he is the 1 doing it and it was also really refreshing to be told what was going on everyday. We can certainly recommend Ricky to anyone who wants a good job done and says what he means to do. Ricky will be the 1 we go to again when we want more work done. :)

Ricky from Townsend Carpentry was great. We had some termite damage in our queenslander and decided to do some renovations whilst we were at it. Ricky worked above and beyond what we expected of him to fit in with the difficult schedule we had as my partner was working away. We needed some carpentry work done on our old Queenslander house and needed it in a hurry, we contacted Ricky at Townsend Carpentry and he gave us a reasonable quote, undertook to complete the work to our tight schedule, worked solidly over a weekend and a couple of evenings and we are delighted with the results.
