Lori and Neville went above and beyond for both dad and Chloe’s funerals. Your very kind and professional services were everything we wanted. Prices were better than other places the different options that were available. We had a memorial service for my father in my brother yard. A simple service is what dad wanted. I love how they came to the house to arrange our funerals. They also did my nieces funeral in an outdoor chapel very large funeral and wow that service touched everyone.

We wanted to thank you for the management of mums passing, to final closure. It was done promptly, efficiently and professionally with minimal involvement by me or family. We found this helped us in out time of grief, being able to relinquish control, knowing, as we do now, that it was in good hands. In particular, we found the memorial comforting. Townsville Cremations helped take the stress out of planning my mother's funeral, especially for my father. Lori came over to the house with all of the paperwork and put together a beautiful service including a power point presentation for the funeral with the photos we gave her. The service was lovely, exactly to my father's wishes. I especially liked the poem that Lori chose for the service and the memories booklet we received at the end.
