If I could rate less I would. They charged $650 to fix the part. It didn’t fix it. My calls and text messages went unanswered, apparently they don’t answer calls due to spam. It wasn’t until I took the car else where and was advised that it was the part they fixed that I received a call from them. They apparently fixed this under warranty. And still the car was not working. I had another mechanic fix the car and it was the same part they apparently fix. When asking for a refund on the cost to the part, they claimed it was never faulty, so no refund. If the part was never faulty then the mechanic clearly had no clue what he was doing. I would hate for anyone to go through my costly experience and could not recommended their services.

I don't rate this mechanic business at all. They charge you more than they quote. Don't check parts that are supplied are correct but still put them in and the car grinds and and the brake caliper and rotor have been damaged. The car was not test driven at the end of the work. They are rude stand around talking for have the time they are on site and it has now cost me $500 plus to fix there incompetent work

Today I had a 40,000 standard service done on my car and I found the mechanics very professional,courteous ,informative and was on time as well, and nothing was any trouble,I would recommend them to anyone who wants their car serviced

Great service. Great advice. Good pricing. Recommended. One of the very few honest mechanics, maybe even one of the few honest people. GET HIM! You won't be disappointed and won't be poor in his pricing. His advice is worth more than the cost of repairing.

We were very happy with the service we received. A genuine person who got our old aircon sorted and working again. He helped out with a radiator problem he wasn't asked or paid to do and referred us to the best people that had our radiator sorted on Xmas eve. Would definitely recommend him, and I already have to family and friends

Sandro came out promptly and fixed my car when it broke down unexpectedly. What a pleasant man! So friendly and patient when my young son kept wanting to have a look and ask questions (he loves cars). Great price too. Will be referring my friends and work colleagues to Sandro.

From the initial quote process being an easy to fill out online form, and a friendly text with the appointment time I had selected within 3 hours of my initial contact, to your flexible approach in coming to my work place to re-gas my aircon, all within 24 hours! You also took the time to explain your process in assessing the cars aircon and ethically explained possible future repairs. Fantastic service. Too many other mechanics will rip off an old guy like me. But I trust this guy. Lots of experience. Can fix any problem and he doesn't charge too much. Highly recommended.
