Townsville Veterinary Clinic

We happened to find a dog on side of the road and tony went above and beyond what was required. Even took dog back to the owners. Highly recommended

Recently my 5 month old puppy, had to stay at Townsville Vet Clinic for the day to have his nose investigated under anaesthetic . I was extremely worried about leaving him, but the incredible staff made me feel so at ease and I knew he was in very capable and caring hands. I was called the night before, during the day while he was there, and I also received a follow-up call the next day to see how he was going. The staff at Townsville Vet Clinic are simply fantastic at what they do and have your pets best interests at heart. It is evident that they are passionate and very knowledgable. Thanks Townsville Vet Clinic team!!

I can not say enough about The clinic and Tom and Ben. They gave there full attention to our kids and were very helpful in their consultation. Not to mention were great at also explaining to my human kids. If you have a goat that needs fixing take it there.

Very disappointed with the service provided by this Veterinary clinic. As the largest provider of equine veterinary care in Townsville, I was under the impression that the service would be professional and, as per their website, "provide the highest quality veterinary medical care". This was not the case, I was left calling the clinic a number of times over a four day period to try and get a vet to examine my horse. Finally when the vet came out they were accompanied by students who did not seem the least bit interested in assisting or listening to what I had to say. Then to top it all off I was advised of a remaining fee and when I went to pay this it was close to triple the price of what I had been told. I will not be using this vet clinic again and would not make any recommendation for others to do so.
