I first met Tracey after my mastectomy in Buderim Private. I was sooo lost and adrift from everything. She provided professional support (in her field) in layman’s terms. Helping me to come out of my fog & understand some of the steps I was looking at. They assisted when requested during the 2 1/2 years of multiple surgical procedure’s providing bras & prosthetics as needed. The stores are not only for those who have medical issues, but for those who want a correctly fitted bra. (Maybe it’s your daughter’s first proper bra? Or you have lost or gained weight & need to have a proper fitting?) I truly trust this professional team. & continue to shop there for “special” bras. This was one of the best experiences I have had for not only a bra fitting but for (a pair) breast forms as well. Tracey was most accommodating in tailoring an appointment time and place (the Choices facility at Auchenflower) to perfectly suit my requirements. She is really good at what she does and was empathetic to my needs, suggesting alternatives to my preconceived notions of what I wanted/needed. Also, she is just so nice to talk to and puts you at your ease so quickly. Full marks all round.
