Train Rec 24/7

Train-Rec is unique in that we are both a 24/7 Gym with brand new equipment including Matrix Machines, Free weights, lifting platforms and Life fitness cardio as well as a large open Workout studio. Our motivating classes use Ski Ergs, Assault bikes, rowers, treadmills, spin bikes, boxing bags as well as free weights to get you fit fast. Members come to Train-Rec from surrounding suburbs of Hampton, Sandringham, Brighton, Highett. We are just 200 meters from the Hampton railway line and there is plenty of parking behind the club.
