About Transitions Therapy

Transitions Therapy is a counselling and psychotherapy service offering mental health care for people experiencing a variety of emotional upheaval. Deb Hediger is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with over 20 years experience in mental health care and counselling. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) has a demonstrated evidence base as an effective model of therapy and forms the framework for the therapeutic work utilised. I provide a safe space where we can work through the issues that are causing distress. I am professionally trained in CBT and other recognised therapies, to help you achieve your goals through evidence-based therapies to suit you and your needs.
