Requested a quote and specifically requested to leave as much of the tree as possible as the tree provided the only shade in our yard for our toddler and dog. On the day Dave completely disregarded our wishes, after multiple attempts of asking them to leave the tree and ordered the arborist to cut it all back. We now have no shade at all and 37 degree heat. Thanks Dave for ruining outdoor time for our family.

The scope of work was to top the very large mango tree in our backyard due to safety concerns of the size. Something we got close to working with the nice operators on the ground. Then old Dave showed up and everything went to crap (he's the owner with a bad attitude). Our beautiful tree has been reduced to a stump of what it was thanks to him overriding our wishes in our for no good reason. His attitude and refusal to work with my finance to work towards what we want is a disgust. Then he has the nerve to suggest he'll leave a massive pile of cuttings on our property for a week! His nice employees ended up staying until 7pm to clean up due to his stubbornness.
