Our issue was an estate settlement. This lasted for over 12 months. Communication was poor. We had to keep asking for updates which were very slow coming with poor excuses for the delays. We had to take control of certain aspects to try to keep things moving. Not a single invoice was provided with any details of the costs incurred. Very unprofessional. Little concept of customer service.

We appreciate your concern as to delay, though this case required findings by the NSW Coroner, which took more than 12 months, and could not be accelerated. We respectfully believe all reasonable measures were taken to progress and finalise the case, though due to the sensitivity of the matter, we will not go into details to dispute the review.

Do not hire Turnbull and Hill for property settlement or any other service. My "Lawyer" did not call me EVEN ONCE in the whole year I hired them. Then demanded payment. They did not email me - I had to email them first, then they billed me for it. Turnbull and Hill Lawyers are more concerned with penny pinching. !! STAY AWAY
