I have been using TweedPool shop for the past 2 months and my pool has never looked better. The owner fixed my concerns quickly and the girls in the shop are always smiling. It is a great family environment

I always thought this family run shop was kind and helpful. I'm a carer of 2 seniors and need support sometimes when things go wrong. After years supporting these people they turned nasty. Bad service. Rude. No return call. No message response. After 4 weeks of No part they were too busy so very sad and very upset at the treatment . Very bad. They don't deserve support.
