I was impressed with the service from the initial contact for a quote to completion of inspection. Emails were responded to promptly, report was delivered on the same day. Both inspectors were helpful and informative. All people I spoke with were very polite and helpful. Thank you.

I had a property inspected in Townsville, prior to flying in from Darwin to view the property. The report came back saying that the property was in average condition for its age with minor defects. When I arrived in Townsville I viewed the property and found that in my opinion the property did have minor defects but not all were listed in the report and it was in a much poorer condition than stated in the report that I paid $400 for. I contacted the manager to try to get a refund or a credit but was told that the report was done to Australian standards and that I wouldn't be getting a refund or credit. In my opinion the inspection services provided are quite poor and I won't be using them again. I don't recommend anyone use this company.

The client requested a pre-purchase building & pest inspection, not a full maintenance report. Our inspectors carried out the building and pest inspection in accordance with the Australian Standards, which requires structural & significant defects to be reported on. Our manager attended the property after the client complained about his inspection, where the house was found to be approximately 30yrs of age with minor defects and its condition is what would have been expected for a property of its age, as stated in the report. There were also numerous photos supplied with this report and all indicated age related deterioration. The client obviously required this 30yr old property to be in an above average condition and not reflect its age so maybe he needs to look at purchasing a new property.
