I came in for a spiral perm and the owner came out and I saw her rolling her eyes on my arrival. She said she could perm my hair how I wanted, it turned out like a poodle. And went home washed it, was so dry and damaged. I got half my money back. Now I have badly damaged hair.

This review is falsely stated and contradictory to our correspondence. On contacting me late on Sunday night saying you hated your perm , that it had fallen out. We talked again about what products you were using at home. I offered you to come back into the salon for me to look at your perm, offering you a treatment and take home salon haircare to manage your new curls. What you are saying in this review is the complete opposite. After your abuse a full refund was transferred into your account, as you did not want to return. Correspondence has been kept as evidence for response.
