Uppercrust Health Food Bar

I love the service that I get every time I go to the Palmerston Uppercrust. I've always been greeted with a smile from my first visit up until now and it has continued. Really lovely ladies who work there and I would certainly recommend. Love the way the food is prepared and I'm slowly getting into coffee. Must say the best coffee I've had by far was made by Uppercrust. It was made to the very liking of my tastebuds and I am very picky about things. Salads are lovely as well. I always go for the chicken aioli salad and always great quality. Thank you to the staff members who work there.

Filthy, terrible, disgraceful customer service from the elderly ladies that worked there. They were extremely disrespectful in the whole 10 minutes that we were being served. Other members of my family including mother, partner and sister have been offended by their outrageous behaviour. For this purpose Ii will never come here again and don't recommend it to anyone. These ladies are low lives and have nothing better to do then be rude, pathetic people who put down others! What a disgrace they were!!! I was polite to them so why couldn't they be polite to me. Shocking members of our society. They have ruined my and many others' day.

I was annoyed from the 16 mins it took to get served, then I ordered a large salad half Mediterranean and half Greek salad, 95% of the salad was iceberg lettuce. I would have preferred to spend $10.90 on an iceberg lettuce and ripe not rotten soggy tomatoes. Lesson learnt...waste of time, money and health.
